Description and Objectives of the Program

As a result of the increasing interest in entrepreneurship and industrialization efforts in our country, the need for well-educated, self-improved workforce who are proficient in up-to-date technologies and can implement them in their work is clearly felt across different sectors. In particular, it is noteworthy that many enterprises experience serious difficulties in recruiting intermediate staff.

The objective of the Business Management program is to meet the professional and technical education needs of individuals within the scope of the field in parallel with the requirements of today's public and private sector enterprises, and to train professional staff who can contribute to upper management in business operations. Additionally, this program aims to reveal the entrepreneurial spirit of individuals with potential, offering business creation as an alternative option alongside finding employment, and to instill the necessary skills and behaviors in this field. Through this approach, our students will be equipped to work in management, human resources, marketing, production, finance, and accounting departments within various enterprises, while their potential to become entrepreneurs will enable them to open up new employment fields for others.
